Pine Mountain Vineyard’s 2,400ft elevation, pristine growing conditions, and dedication in the vineyard drive the style of this refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaking focuses on highlighting the delicate grassy, citrus, and stone fruit aromas and flavors through the use of whole bunch pressing, cool fermentation, and sur lie aging in stainless steel barrels.
