Kappler Cremant d’Alsace Brut

Very delicate aromas of the pinot family, very present with subtle notes of dried apricots. Countless fine bubbles are first expressed in the mouth and then give way to aromas of very ripe apricot pulp. The finish is long, delicate with a slight thirst-quenching bitterness.
